Our Policies

Payments

We accept payment in our online portal. A credit card must be on file in order to request services. Payment for daily dog walking services is due the Monday the week service occurs, and cards will be charged automatically each Monday. A 5 percent administration fee is added to every invoice to cover a portion of business costs.

Cancellations

For daily dog walking, cancellations made the day prior to service will incur a 50 percent service charge; cancellations the day of service will result in the full amount of the service being charged. Cancellations due to inclement weather will have no charge.

Service Hours

All daily dog walking services will be performed between the hours of 9am and 6pm. We DO NOT guarantee exact visit times and schedule services in two-hour visit windows. Services performed outside standard hours will be subject to a $5 after-hours fee.

Additional Pet(s)

All dog services are one-on-one; however, more than one dog will be considered on a case-by-case. More than two dogs will be subject to a $5 per dog per-service fee. There is no additional charge for multiple cats.

Holidays

All services performed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day will be billed at time and a half the regular price of the service.

Extreme Weather

In the event of extreme temperatures (under 20 or above 90) as well as rain or snow, dogs will be taken outside long enough to relieve themselves; the remainder of the visit will be spent playing inside.

Additional Services

Additional services that can be performed at no extra charge include newspaper/mail/package retrieval, plant watering, raising and lowering blinds, turning lights off and on and bringing out and in trash/recycle bins. Please ask if you require these services!
